Detail description of all services offered

Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy is a specialized form of massage therapy aimed at relieving muscular pain and discomfort, which is included in most of my sessions. It focuses on identifying and treating trigger points, which are hyperirritable spots within muscle tissue that can cause referred pain to other areas of the body. During a trigger point therapy session, the therapist applies direct pressure to these specific points, often using their fingers, knuckles, or specialized tools. This pressure helps release tension and improve blood flow to the affected area, which can alleviate pain and improve range of motion. Trigger point therapy may be incorporated into a comprehensive treatment plan for various musculoskeletal issues, such as tension headaches, neck and shoulder pain, or chronic back pain.

Deep Tissue Massage
This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.

Reflexology
This is a hands-on body treatment that leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.

Medical Massage
Medical massage aims to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and enhance overall well-being. It may be used to treat various musculoskeletal issues, injuries, chronic pain, and conditions such as fibromyalgia or carpal tunnel syndrome. The techniques used in medical massage are tailored to the individual’s needs and may include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage, among others. It’s often integrated into comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare providers to optimize outcomes for patients.

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a relaxation technique that involves long, flowing strokes, kneading, and circular movements on the superficial layers of muscles. It’s characterized by its gentle and soothing approach, aiming to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and reduce muscle tension. Swedish massage can help alleviate stress, promote better sleep, and enhance overall well-being. It’s commonly requested for its calming effects and is suitable for individuals seeking a gentle form of massage therapy to unwind and rejuvenate.

Pre-Natal
This is a hands-on body treatment that leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.

Aromatherapy:
Aromatherapy is a holistic healing practice that involves using natural plant extracts, known as essential oils, to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. These concentrated oils are derived from various parts of plants, such as flowers, leaves, stems, roots, or bark, and are typically extracted through methods like distillation or cold pressing. Aromatherapy can be administered through inhalation, topical application, or diffusion, allowing the aromatic compounds in the oils to interact with the body’s olfactory system, skin, or respiratory system. The practice is believed to have therapeutic effects, including stress reduction, mood enhancement, pain relief, improved sleep, and immune support.
